Phodinichi Poli is also known as Policha Chivda / Tadka Roti. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />6 Chapatis <br />3 tbsp Oil <br />1 tsp Mustard Seeds <br />10-12 Curry Leaves <br />Coriander Leaves <br />2 Onions, chopped <br />Salt to taste <br />1 tbsp Mix Masala / Red Chilli Powder <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a mixer grinder add the leftover chapatis. Grind everything coarsely. Keep it aside. <br />- In a pan heat some oil. <br />- Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chopped onion. Saute everything well. <br />- Add salt to taste and mix well. <br />- When the onions become soft add mix masala. Give a good stir. <br />- Add coarsely ground chapatis. Mix everything well. <br />- Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 5 minutes. <br />- Delicious Phodnichi Poli is ready to be served.
